I got my first digital camera when I was 10 and almost all the time have one with me. It won’t be true to say I’ve got the hang of all the less important details that make a high-end photo. However I am actually confindent I am able to almost anything, even an UFO.

It’s the after effects that is killing me. I just can’t understand the retouching thing. The final photo always looks unnatural in my opinion. Colleagues keep telling me it looks cool but I can’t decide whether it’s true or a compliment. The people I am photographing have never complained to be honest but that is to be expected. Selecting the correct equipment is just theoretical information mentioned in technical literature. Not rarely despite the fact that I am trying my best I end up with kind of washed out exposure, unadjusted brightness or contrast. I mismatch the settings combining the colors sometimes. It can be really stressing but lament ends here.
