I have downloaded the first one and set it as my wallpaper. But you could have made it using a penguin instead of the panda because it signifies Linux and I have a Linux desktop with me. But not to worry, the panda looks a bit like penguin anyway :)

::-webkit-scrollbar { }
and
::-webkit-scrollbar-thumb { }
You can check our CSS by right clicking on scollbar and inspect the element.
