Great news for bloggers and webmasters, I think first Page Rank update is happening now. Now MachoArts.com have Page Rank #4 (Previous was #3) I am really happy with the results of MachoArts. We got Pagerank #3 when blog was only 28 days old.
Congratulations to all blog and web owners, it’s time to celebrate! If you can’t see any changes in your Page Rank then please wait for few days, Google will definitely give you the results of your hard-works and SEO techniques. :)

WTF! I use to have a PR 4 and it went down to PR 3. I have been working hard to get it to PR 5, but I guess I did something to piss off GOOGLE.

My site gone down 1 to 0. How it possible we do seo good. But why we gone down.
I think it depends more on quality of backlinks than SEO.
Yep my website went down from PR3 to PR2 which was a bit of a surprise. However I have made some changes with keywords since the last update so maybe that’s why. The important thing is to keep going since you can still be found at the top of a google search even with a low PR.
Yup! Traffic is more important than Page Rank!

My site is quite new and hadn’t any PR since the last major update in April. Last week it updated to PR4, which I was very pleased with and matched what I thought it should be ( and also my Mozrank), but as of today it has now returned to 0. Something funny is going on here. I’ll wait another week to see what happens, and report back.
I think it’s common that few blog’s PR bounce, maybe you will get it back.

Must mean that I have a penalty or another issue. Will get on and check/fit this and report back. MozRank for my site is 5.96.

Really excited that finally Google has updated the Page Rank values of many sites within the Google Toolbar. This is the first toolbar Page Rank update of the year, and arguably the first one in almost 9 months. Its in 19th January, 2011.
My personal twitter got PR3, hope lots of webmasters are also happy to get new PR value, according to their websites.

No change in my primary website. It stayed as a PR3. But many of Squidoo lenses have received PR ranks so I good with that.
Hi, My Twitter page rank was 6/10 a few days ago and my fb rank 1/10.

I am not much sure about twitter and fb pages, because for getting PR you need high quality backlinks.
The update does not effect SEO at all as PageRank snapshot is only a historical value taken some six months back by the looks of it.
When will be next google PR update in 2011?
Not sure but probably it will happen in the end of April or May.
Google ubdate will be only once a year, because last year only one made??, not believe that 2011 will be more times.
Google page rank is a measure of quality of the site, but last year only one award was a PR, so will this year be one dodle page rank by google.

You cannot be serious about pr update celebration… it is no longer as useful as it used to be. getting more visitors and conversions is more important, aren’t they? Watch out for mozrank updates – they happen once a month and they are not tampered with as with pr values.
Yes that’s true, Google also not making PR updates as past, so it’s better to go with other metrics like MozRank.
I saw Google has updated PR for some sites in May.

Anyone here knows when will be the next Google page rank update. In recent years, Google usually had their update during April, August and December.
Their is no Google update until now. Does anyone here know why a sudden change in their schedule?
